Or Thy has been IIRR’s Cambodia Country Manager since May 2012. He worked with Concern Worldwide Cambodia as National Food, Income and Market Advisor from August 2011 – April 2012. Before that, he was Senior Program Advisor of CEDAC (Cambodian Center for Study and Development in Agriculture) from January 1998 – July 2011. He had involved in technical skills and managerial responsibilities, including socio-economic research, training, fundraising, program management, and network coordination. His specialized skills include ecological agriculture and natural resources management, participatory community development, gender equality, agri-business, sustainable livelihood improvement for small farmers, presentation and communication skills, participatory technology development/participatory innovation development (PTD/PID). He holds a Master’s of Science in Rural Development from the International University in Phnom Penh, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Agronomy from the Royal University of Agriculture in Phnom Penh.

Him Noeun joined IIRR Cambodia in January 2016. He has over 10 years experience in technical and managerial responsibilities, including socio-economic research, program monitoring and evaluation training, fundraising and program management. He has worked with Cambodian Center for Study and Development in Agriculture(CEDAC). He holds a bachelor of science, with a major in Agro-Industry, from Royal University of Agriculture in Phnom Penh.
Chy Kalayan joined IIRR in 2015. He has worked as a volunteer with Child Fund Cambodia under Youth for Sustainable Development Project. He has over 4 years experience in ecological agriculture and natural resources management, participatory community development, gender equality, agri-business and training.
