Carmen Barker Lemay, PhD joined IIRR in 2021 as Head of Strategic Partnerships. Carmen has more than 20 years of consulting experience with a dozen of those years specifically supporting energy efficiency, renewable fuels, and natural climate solutions.
Carmen has lived, worked, or volunteered in six countries, and traveled to 20+ more. She values and works toward the growth of the circular economy powered by renewable energy, sustainable economic and community development, and environmental justice.
