IIRR’s regional Africa office delivered an important webinar attended by over 70 development professionals from the region. “Documenting Field Schools’ Impact Stories and Applications in Eastern Africa” was delivered on August 16, 2022, by a wealth of expert speakers from across East Africa. The aim of the webinar was to to strengthen documentation and communication in the Field School arena in Eastern Africa. Additionally, the webinar was intended to contribute to Field Schools methodology in policy, research, academia, and in practice within the region.
With the need to provide evidence of impact becoming increasingly important, the skills and techniques required to deliver this element of development communications are essential for all development staff.
The webinar was delivered in partnership with the Africa Forum for Agricultural Advisory Services (AFAAS) and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations.
