Sipika Singh is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Gleneagles Hospital, Johor, a premier tertiary hospital under the IHH Healthcare Group. As a part of her role, she provides strategic leadership for over 1200 staff across the hospital’s operations and growth initiatives.
Sipika has over 25 years of business and leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Novartis and Arthur Andersen, in roles including general management, operations, and strategy.
Sipika is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, India as well as an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Advanced Management Program.
