Edwin Chemoiywo is an educator, mentor and a passionate development practitioner. He has over 10 years’ work experience with non-profit organizations and the private sector. Before joining IIRR he was working with United Nations Missions in South Sudan. He has managed donor funding from USAID, Winrock international, UNFAO, WFP, UNICEF, DANIDA, SCI, DOT-Kenya and OXFAM.

Edwin loves fundraising, programming and facilitating organizational Capacity Assessments and improvement (OCAI) for not-for-profit organizations. He has vast experience managing both emergency and development programs in education, Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL), health and protection.

Edwin holds a Bachelor’s degree in education from Egerton University Kenya and currently pursuing MSc in Development Studies from Moi University Kenya. He is also a program consultant for several organizations in South Sudan including South Sudan’s Revitalized Government of National Unity (RTGoNU).
