Natalie Worley joined IIRR as Operations Manager in 2021. Over the course of her diverse nonprofit career, she has worked on a variety of issues including homelessness, the rights of children and youth, and health education for immigrant and refugee women.
Natalie holds a Ph.D. In International Family and Community Studies from Clemson University. She also has earned a master’s degree in social work with a concentration in management and community practice (University of Tennessee) and bachelor’s degrees in anthropology and sociology (Wake Forest University).
