Soil Muzenda joined IIRR in 2016. She is an Agriculture Specialist with more than 20 years in development work as an instructor and lecturer at agriculture colleges and universities, agriculture extension specialist, food security and livelihoods expert.
With vast experience in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of livelihoods and food security projects under the NGO sector, she currently coordinates the development of Zimbabwe Country Program and works closely with the Africa Regional Director.
Soil holds a Master of Philosophy Degree in Agriculture and Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Agriculture attained at the University of Zimbabwe. She also holds a National Diploma in Agriculture, from Chibero Agricultural College.
