Stephanie Pullings Hart is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Beyond Meat. Prior to her current role, Stephanie was Vice President, Technical & Production for Nestlé USA’s Confections and Global Foods divisions.
NEW YORK, August 6, 2020 — IIRR is thrilled to announce a new member to its Board of Trustees: Stephanie Pullings Hart, Senior Vice President of Operations at Beyond Meat.

Stephanie is recognized and continues to demonstrate her dedication and leadership in food and nutrition- a foundational tenet of our work. We look forward to drawing on her knowledge and vast experience”, says Ricardo Anzaldua, Board-Chair.
Stephanie is currently Senior Vice President of Operations at Beyond Meat, a leading company in promoting plant-based meat to help build a sustainable food supply. Before her current role, she was Vice President, Technical & Production for Nestlé USA’s Confections and Global Foods and Ice Cream divisions from March 2016 to January 2018. Additionally, she was the Executive Director of Technical & Production, Nestlé Australia Ltd. from 2013 to 2016. Furthermore, Stephanie has worked as the Program Director at the Nestlé International Training and Conference Centre in Switzerland where she trained over 1000 Nestlé employees in varied competencies. She then joined Nestlé – Jenny Craig’s leadership team from January 2010 to December 2012. Stephanie has been a Nestlé employee since 1995 and throughout her career, she has had roles of increasing responsibility both in manufacturing, research and development, and human resources.

I look forward to her involvement in issues that are important to the present and future health of IIRR and the sustainable development of rural communities”.
In 2008, Stephanie was appointed to the Forum of Young Global Leaders (World Economic Forum) and received a “40 Under-Forty” achievement award from the Network Journal Magazine. This award was in recognition of her professional accomplishments and the impact that she has had on the business industry while actively contributing to the community.
Stephanie says, “It is a true pleasure and honor to be appointed to the IIRR Board of Trustees. I look forward to contributing to this dynamic organization as we continue our works to end extreme poverty in rural communities around the world”.
Furthermore, she is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, a non-profit organization focused on providing assistance to local communities throughout the world. She holds an Executive MBA from Benedictine College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Florida State University.
Stephanie was formally elected to the Board on Wednesday, June 17th, 2020.
