In December 2012, contributors participated in a regional RBM Writeshop hosted by the Asian Institute of Technology and supported by the International Institute for Rural Reconstruction (IIRR) and IFAD. The majority of articles in this compilation were written and collected at this event. The document furthers the Asia and Pacific division (APR)’s efforts to strengthen monitoring and evaluation by IFAD-funded projects and its partners.
